In this role, he supports HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors by coaching financial management, employee development, and marketing strategies. Prior to CertainPath™, Chris spent over 15 years in hospitality, most notably as Operations Manager at Topgolf’s flagship venue in The Colony, Texas. From 2017 to 2020, he led daily operations, introduced company-wide initiatives, and upheld brand standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
