This episode is an interview with Rachel Cummings and Rustin Mayse of KMP Plumbing, Heating & Air in Mansfield, Texas.  Rachel and Rustin are siblings, running the family business their parents, Kim and Robbie, began in 1985. Business has been booming for the brother/sister combo. When Rachel and Rustin joined CertainPath in 2019, they were primarily a new construction company doing very little residential service and replacement. KMP’s sales were $14.5M. Today, a couple of short years later, KMP is on target to reach $20M, and one-third of those sales is residential service and replacement. Rachel and Rustin share how they have greatly increased their revenue, diversified their business, and revitalized the culture.
