They discuss “How to Effectively Manage Your Managers.”
This is a topic we hear often as SGI, especially as so many members are rapidly growing and adding layers of management to their teams. Managing managers is a different animal than managing technicians, salespeople, or call center people. This was an exceptional conversation—and an insightful one.
